Selling Program

When selling a home, a lot of home owners have a tough time understanding how selling commissions work. Homes 2 Heroes simplifies that process. Please see the graph as the program is explained.

When selling a home, there is a selling agent and buyer's agent. The buyer's agent would be representing the buyer of the home. Then you have the selling agent whose job is to sell the home. Normal industry standards for the selling agents real estate commission is between 2.5% to 3%. With the Homes 2 Heroes Sellers Program, the hero is charged a flat 2% commission to list their home. The home then will be listed in the multiple listing service (MLS). Other realtors and brokers can see the home for sale. This is where the buyer's agent will bring their buyers to the home. The seller then has the choice of how much commission to offer the buyer's agent. Industry standard for the buyers' agent commission is between 2.5 and 3%. The home owner may offer less to the buyer's agent. The amount of commission to the buyer's agent is posted on the (MLS). A seller may say how can I save more money?

Homes 2 Heroes selling program also offers another great incentive for using Homes 2 Heroes. If the Buyer is found and represented by a Homes 2 Heroes agent, the seller will only be charged a 1% commission for representing the buyer. That's over 2 to 3% savings for the seller. In this scenario if Homes 2 heroes represented the seller and the buyer, the seller would have paid only 3% to sell their home. Industry standard for the same sale would have been 5-6%. WOW, now that's a savings! For further information please visit our contact us page.
